Aya has worked in top-tier law firms and has adequate experience drafting and reviewing civil and commercial agreements, including management, service, franchise, employment, sale, lease supply, marketing, commercial agency, facility and guarantee agreements. In addition, she has prepared corporate structure work, including general assemblies and board meetings.
Aya provides legal advice to national and multinational companies concerning different areas of law: Corporate, banking, real estate, Litigation and Employment. She is experienced in drafting and reviewing legal documents, complaints and legal notices.

Prepared a commentary memo on the proposed privacy legislation in Saudi Arabia, featuring a comparative assessment of data protection regulations under the GDPR, Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law, data privacy legislation in the UAE.
