Fagr joined ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners in 2021. She has more than six years of diversified experience in the General Corporate & Commercial sector.

Such support includes maintaining statutory records, drafting & reviewing agreements, providing high-level advice, establishing branches & representation offices, as well as liaising with the relevant authorities.

In addition to being primarily focused on Corporate and Commercial practice, Fagr gained notable experience in other legal sectors, inter alia Arbitration and Litigation.

Further, Fagr solely implemented a legal framework for a regional strategic project, endorsed by Egypt, concerned with establishing a navigational line between Lake Victoria & the Mediterranean Sea “VICMED project”, throughout its pre-feasibility study phase.
