Associate

Farida is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department. Farida is part of the Retail, E-Commerce, and Logistics team.

Farida advises clients on matters related to data protection, retail, e-commerce regulations, consumer protection, media and logistics. She also handles direct interaction with governmental authorities. In addition, Farida provides due diligence and handling matters for significant e-commerce and TMT companies such as Amazon.

Before joining ADSERO, Farida interned in different top-tier law firms and in-house in Egypt in civil, commercial & corporate, criminal and data protection law, and arbitration and litigation. She has adequate experience drafting and reviewing contracts, memos, and due diligence.

In 2018, Farida attended a summer program for International Criminal Law from theory to practice at Leiden University, the Hague. During her time at Leiden University, she obtained experience in examination and cross-examination, participated in a moot court and was immersed in the field through lectures on different aspects of international criminal law.

Judged several moot court competitions such as GUC Internal Moot Court Competition, FDI and Alexandria-CRCICA Internal Moot.
