Hussien joined ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners in 2021. Hussien has more than two years of experience in the general Corporate & Commercial sector, particularly corporate governance.

Before joining Adsero, Hussien worked at top tier law firms in Egypt. He acted as the legal consultant of several multinational and domestic companies, mainly handling general corporate services and regulatory matters before the General Authority for Investment and Free zones, Industrial Development Authority, Taxation Authorities, Egyptian Federation for Commercial Chambers, Notary Public, and all the relevant Governmental Authorities.

Furthermore, Hussien has been involved in multiple incorporations and restructuring of different types of companies in Egypt and participated in many high-profile matters with key market players in diverse sectors.

2019 – Master’s degree in Public Law, Ain Shams University.

2015 – Faculty of Law – English-language Studies Section: LLB, Cairo University.
