MARIAM CHOUKRI

Managing Associate
Mariam is a Managing Associate in ADSERO's Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets department, where she advises clients across the full lifecycle of M&A transactions. Her practice spans legal due diligence and research, as well as the drafting, review, and negotiation of transaction documentation and commercial agreements, giving her a comprehensive view of a deal from initial diligence through to closing.

Beyond deal execution, Mariam maintains an active advisory practice on both transactional and non-transactional corporate and regulatory matters. She regularly counsels clients on restructuring plans and strategies, helping organizations navigate structural and operational change while managing the associated legal and regulatory considerations. This dual focus allows her to support clients not only in executing individual transactions but also in thinking through the wider strategic and governance implications that surround them.

Before joining ADSERO, Mariam trained at top-tier law firms, where she gained experience across a range of industries and legal disciplines, including M&A, capital markets, corporate structuring, employment, and general corporate and commercial law. That early exposure to multiple practice areas gave her a well-rounded legal foundation and an ability to spot issues that cut across disciplines and a commercially-minded approach to complex transactional and advisory matters today.
