Mohamed is a Co-Founding Partner at ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners. He heads the firm’s Corporate, Commercial and Regulatory department. Although Mohamed has diversified experience in multiple legal disciplines, including corporate M&A, projects and finance, dispute resolution, and general corporate and commercial legal services, he is now focused on leading the firm’s non-transactional corporate and commercial matters.

Mohamed has broad expertise in general corporate and commercial matters, including contracts law, regulatory and compliance, services agreements, licensing and IP, franchising, employment and anti-bribery.

Mohamed has developed a market lead in the TMT and life sciences sectors with several landmark transactions and a solid base of strategic clients. In addition, Mohamed regularly advises most prominent technology and telecommunications companies on various legal matters, including cyber security data protection, fintech and electronic signature.

Mohamed is identified as a market expert in the life sciences sector. He has advised on the Egyptian aspects of most global transactions in the pharmaceutical industry in the past decade.

Advised the Sovereign Fund of Egypt on the exploitation of Tahrir Complex through a bidding process for the development and management of a multi-purpose facility by private investors.

Advised the Sovereign Fund of Egypt on the establishment of partnerships with national investors and reputable management companies for the development and operation of green field K-12 schools.

Advised Siemens Mobility on the mega High-Speed Train project with the Egyptian government.

Advised the Unified Purchasing Authority on the incorporation of its holding investment company and the transfer of Al Masria and Al Gomhoreya companies to the Unified Purchasing Authority.

Advising Amazon on several and diversified matters relating to the transitioning of Souq into Amazon pursuant to Amazon global standards and policies.

Representation of the technology companies in a speech presented before the Egyptian parliament highlighting comments and concerns by the technology community on the proposed draft of personal data protection law.

Published an article, which provided an overview on the regulations of the medicinal product on Thomson Reuters Practical Law.

Published an article, which provided an overview on Pharmaceutical IP and competition law in Egypt on Thomson Reuters Practical Law.

Published an article on the regulatory framework for the Food and Beverage Industry, published in Law Today quarterly magazine (Q4 2016 issue).

Published an article, which provided an overview on Egypt Personal Data Protection.
