Norhan is Junior Associate at ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners’ M&A and Capital Markets team. Prior to joining ADSERO, Norhan interned in top-tier law firms in Egypt.

She works across different industries and has experience in multiple legal disciplines, including mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, commercial, banking and corporate. She also has experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and conducting legal research.

2022 – Participated in the GUC internal Moot Court Club.

2021 – Participated in the GUC Model of the United Nations.
