Nouran joined ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners in 2021 as a Junior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial practice group with a focus on the Real Estate sector. She assists in providing day-to-day legal advice to several national and multinational real estate and development companies.

Prior to joining ADSERO, Nouran interned at top-tier law firms and in-house, where she worked on KSA, Lebanese and Egyptian laws. Moreover, Nouran has experience in real estate matters, her recent experience includes landlord and tenant transactions, and she assists in advising clients in a wide range of real estate and hospitality work including landlord and tenant, estate management, and development and management work.

In addition, Nouran participated in the International Mediation Writing Competition instituted by Weinstein International Foundation in 2021.

  • Assisted in advising The Sovereign Fund of Egypt and MOBICA, Cairo Investment and Real Estate Development (CIRA) and El Sewedy Capital with respect to their partnership for the investment and establishment of private national and international schools in Egypt.

    Assisted in advising the Unified Procurement Authority and The Egyptian Company for Medical Investments in the first conversion of two state-owned public companies subject to the Public Companies Law No. 203 of 1991 to the Companies Law No 159 of 1981 and the restructuring of companies wholly owned by the Unified Procurement Authority.

    Assisted in advising a high-profile real estate market player in preparing a corporate and licensing due diligence. 

    Assisted in advising an e-payment company on cross-border settlements business model.
