Associate

Omar is an Associate in ADSERO’s General Corporate, Commercial, and Regulatory department. He handles corporate and commercial matters with a focus on regulatory issues, including international trade, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, e-commerce, food and beverage, and licensing-related matters.

He manages day-to-day corporate queries for several multinational clients, assists the M&A department with the due diligence process, handles government relations, and drafts and reviews a variety of legal documents. Prior to joining ADSERO, Omar interned at a top-tier law firm and worked as a compliance officer at the Arab African International Bank.

  • Advised a leading Egyptian medical institution on the transfer of licenses for radiology centers and supervised the full implementation process.
  • Provided regulatory counsel to top-tier pharmaceutical companies on toll-manufacturing registration and corporate restructuring.
  • Advised multiple companies on the regulatory framework governing the import and export of finished products and raw materials.
  • Provided comprehensive guidance to a leading company operating in the agricultural sector on the registration of agricultural products.
  • Advised multinational pharmaceutical companies on establishing NGOs in Egypt and oversaw all implementation procedures and day-to-day operational setup.
  • Managed all stages of an acquisition transaction involving a Free Zone company.
  • Advised a major e-commerce platform on licensing and compliance matters.
  • Assisted in conducting regulatory and licensing due diligence reviews for multiple companies.
